Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using dotcph ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
dotcph is a SaaS platform for sales agencies to manage brands, products, orders, commissions, and customer relationships. The Service includes the Agent UI, Customer Portal, and Brand Product API.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- Each agency account includes an admin user who can invite additional team members.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Each agency's data is stored in an isolated database.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other agencies' data
- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
6. Billing and Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. A free trial may be offered. You can cancel at any time from Settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
7. Account Deletion
Agency administrators can delete their agency and all associated data from the Settings page. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Financial records may be retained as required by law (see Privacy Policy, section 5).
8. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, dotcph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
